Originally established in 1899 the company has gone through much transformation over the years, joining forces with other famous estate agency names including, Entwistle Green in the 70's, Black Horse Agencies in the mid 80's, Bradford & Bingley in the 90's, coming full circle back to Duckworths in the millennium.

From starting at a general estate agency practice back in the early days developed over the years into a multi disciplined organisation offering a full range of estate agency services from valuation assessment through to advice on marketing, lettings & management, survey valuations, conveyancing, property portfolio management, land & new homes and foreign property purchases along with mortgage advice from our independent directly authorised mortgage department and now information and supply of HIPS (Home Information Packs).
